1 ILLUMINA (HiSeq X Ten) run: 37.5M spots, 11.3G bases, 3.4Gb downloads

Design: expression analysis
Submitted by: Southwest University
Study: Silurus meridionalis Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
Southern catfish (Silurus meridionalis) is a nocturnal, benthic and carnivorous freshwater fish whose distribution is limited to the Yangtze River and its tributaries with an important economic value but a drastically declining wild population. The high-quality genome assembled in this work provides a valuable genomic resource for further biological and evolutionary studies of S. meridionalis.
Sample: animal sample from Silurus meridionalis
